Words With Sunday + Chapter 24

+WHAT WE ATE:

This past weekend, it was just Emma and I alone at home. Saunders and my parents went up north for Ders' college orientation! They got home really late tonight and I leave for camp tomorrow! And yes, I repeat, that was not a typo... TOMORROW! Seeing as it is rather late... I do technically leave today, AHH!! I am utterly excited, I cannot sleep!! :D

Anyway, this past Sunday, Emma and I treated ourselves to a brunch at Three Monkeys, a cute little restaurant in The Fan. It was yummy! Although when I went before, it was better then... also I think they changed the menu since I had last been there; what's up with that?! Emma had the eggs benny and I had french toast, you'd think we'd like to mix it up every now and then... huh...

+WHAT WE WORE:

Right on the outskirts of The Fan and Carytown, the old GRTC Bus Station has been transformed into a bloggers dream, hundreds of murals = hundreds of possible outfit post backdrops! However on Sunday we didn't actually go inside the Bus Station... luckily there are some murals on some of the buildings surrounding it. And even luckier me, my favorite one was recreated on the side of a building seen here!!

It was so bright we couldn't even take a selfie! Preposterous! It was a lovely day though :)

Mixing And Matching

For this first outfit I have mixed a polka dot pattern and my favorite high waisted pants. I really like this outfit, the way the pants tapper down to a skinny ankle fit looks great with the chunky heels which I love. Not to mention that it is super comfy and cool. I'd wear this out to dinner or to a party or something, who knows, somewhere to show off my title of Mix'n'Match Queen... haha

Overalls with a collared top and sandals = (one of) my favorite outfit(s) It's so chill and cute. It's easily wearable anywhere and perfect for summer! I love it! And the overalls get me in the spirit for camp :)

Dressed Up

And then lastly of course, there is always the option to dress it up... Here I have taken a cut out backless tulle lacey dress. I love this dress, the places I can wear it are limited, 1. because it's backless 2. because it's white 3. because of all the cut outs and 4. because it is pretty short. BUT! I do love it and it looks awesome with this crop top underneath :)

Hello all! So where was I this week? Ah yes well, I was in school, just like any other typical week Monday through Friday. Here's the thing, I really need to focus in my classes and up my work ethic. This all means that I am now officially a weekend blogger... Sad but true :(

If you have noticed by now, Ally and I did a little bit of a photo shoot this evening as the sun was setting... The weather was beyond beautiful today, I had a great day. This weather is my favorite.

On another note... I sent my laptop in the other day to get it all fixed up and get all the smoothie gunk out (yuck) But for now I am on a loaner which doesn't have any of my photo editing apps on it. Therefor I had to use a website to edit my photos.... Not my favorite but I got to play around with some effects and themes etcetera.

This cat decided to follow us around during our shoot. It's funny because Ally hates and I mean hates stray cats and cats that just walk around on their own... But It loved me hehe <3

Now that Christmas is over I am going to be honest with you in saying that I really want to go to Australia or something and flop on some sandals and a bathing suit and walk around in the heat. Normally I am a TOTAL winter person, ugh who knows, maybe it's this warm weather lately...

I mean if you're going to be warm, earth, go all out and just be summer already...
