HELLO HELLO HELLO!!!! So I'm back home and back on the ol' Sunday brunch train, and this time with Isabelle!! Isabelle leaves for ITALY for her year abroad this week and gosh I'm just going to miss her so much. Who's going to be the little sister I never had now?! Ugh I'm 99.9% excited for her and 1% jealous, let's me real-- it's the other way around. Nah I'm v excited for my lil homie.

ANNNNYYYWAYY, Isabelle showed me this cute little breakfast + lunch (brunch!) spot called Lamplighter, I've always wanted to go but tbh didn't know where it is and.... yo girl can't drive soo. But pretty much, we both wanted to get the french toast but they were all out, so we just made it sorta a cafe coffee date. It was fun! Not only did we get brunch, but also did some shopping and of course, had a lil photoshoot (duh)

Okay so little side note y'all, I loveeee septum rings, I am all about them, but here's the thing, I just don't think they're for me, I WISH I could rock them... but I just don't know. What do you guys think, do you like them?

Words With Sunday + Chapter 42: EASTER!!

For brunch this beautiful Easter Sunday, we went to a classic favorite, Can Can. It was good as always. It was especially nice because we got there early and were able to snag one of the circular tables up front by the big windows. I had hot chocolate, and the world's best blueberry pancakes. They were so divine and rich I had to save the rest for later... Papa ordered the mushroom omelet and a the soup of the day, which he and my mom both agreed was fantastic. I didn't try it.

I didn't get any photos of my outfit this Sunday, but I wore this great green halter dress; hopefully, I can whip together an outfit post of its own :)
Here are some shots of my Easter basket. Quite the good loot this year :))
 After brunch, we headed down to the river. It was crazy windy, but beautiful none the less.
Papa and I went on a bike ride.... We kinda got chased by goats? Yeah, that happened. Here's a video to prove it!
Lastly, to end our fun filled yummy day, we had an oh so delicious candle-lit dinner. It was really pretty and super yummy, we had my favorite "Uncle JJ's Pasta" hahaha, basically, it's just pasta with a bunch of vegetables, but cooked in a special way :)

Good Morning my little angel babies! At the moment it is 6:08 am and I've been awake for two hours already. Oh, and it's Monday... I got up oh so early so I could finish an assignment for English, and believe you me, it was not short. But I finished in an hour and now have three hours to just... hang out I guess. I can never get back to sleep, plus now that I'm already dressed and ready to go, going back to sleep just isn't going to happen. Howwwweeeeverrrrr... Blogging is!
And without further ado, Words With Sunday.

+WHERE WE ATE:
This Sunday we went to a new(ish for us together) spot (I've been with Sunni in the past) called Belly Timber et ce était très bon! Unfortunately my foodie pictures didn't turn out well so I sorta nixed those out of this bunch. But that doesn't mean the food wasn't DELICIOUS!! Because it totally was... I ordered the French Toast, which came with eggs and hash browns. OooOoOoO Weeeee! I've had good French Toast in my time, but this was fab-u-lous! Pop ordered the Duck Confit omelet and he couldn't quit raging about how spectacular it was. Although we waited a while for our food it was worth it. Plus, I enjoy my dad's company, so I didn't mind :)

I really really love this outfit. When I put it together I just pulled random things from my closet in less than a second and somehow it came together well. I'm really pleased with how it turned out. I mean yeah, it's nothing crazy or exotically hard to put together, but I like it. I am so flipflappin happy that big fluffy furry jackets are oh sooo in right now. I don't know when they really went out of style... I want to say like 2004 (didn't everything though...) but they're back!! Hooray!! This jacket is also warm as heck so that's a plus when I want to go semi bare legged... hehehe

Happy Thursday everyone! Yup, that's right, it's Thursday.... I'm still catching up on old posts here guys! Just go with it........ SOOOO This Sunday we ate at a new place, both new to us and RVA, and it was DE-LIC-IOUS. Wow, really, I don't think I've had better Italian in my life... The place is called Graffiato. Oh man oh man it really was amazing. Nothing was just "okay" I kid you not everything was spectacular, from the brussel sprouts to the fudge cake. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.... mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Mama came along this week too! :D

I love a chic suit look. It's professional, yet attractive and not too office-y. I got this blazer freshman year and never ever really wore it, until now... and I totally love it! And the way these shoes match my turtle neck... heheh now I'm just bragging.. hahah 

It was wayyyyyyyyy too cold to even think about taking photos outside, if I remember correctly, I think it was in the teens, and the wind, oh boy... It's definitely winter here in Richmond...
