As you all surely know... IT IS HALLOWEEN!
In the last few hours I share with you some words of wisdom of Halloween:

1. Be anything you want to be but most importantly be yourself
there is nothing worse than feeling like you are being judged or you are uncomfortable. When choosing what to dress up as on Halloween, choose something just as awesome as you are :) Don't feel like you need to impress people, be whatever makes YOU happy 

2. Don't be afraid to be afraid:
Halloween is all about getting scared, fear, fright, all the above! Have fun, let yourself feel your heart racing and your pulse beating, sitting on the edge of your seat-- Halloween is meant for things like that, even though I am NOT a person who is into anything haunting, I like it every now and then ;)

and yeah that's pretty much it.

Pumpkin Carving Party

This past weekend, I hosted a small soirée avec mes amies!
We carved pumpkins, ate a lot of candy, cupcakes, and other goodies, went to dinner in Cary Town and stayed up practically all night.  
It was a lot of fun! I am so SO excited for Halloween on Thursday, unfortunately I have school the next day! I know, like seriously!?

At last, winter is inching up on me just around the corner! 
I feel like towards the end of summer all that I can think about is wanting fall, but when fall comes, I want winter... yet when winter is here I never ever want spring. Oh the allergies.....

Well last night I had a little get together with a few of my friends who then slept over, unfortunately my dad is at our river house, soooo brunch with Pops isn't happening today :(

We Wear Pink On......Thursdays....

Hello Thursday!
If you aren't already aware, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
so in honor of survivors and people in our memories, at school everyone got decked out and made a school wide music video to, "I Will Survive" 
We had an extra hour long advisory period this morning, so the girls in my advisory all got together and got some pics in our pretty pretty pink! 

 everywhere around school there are streamers, balloons, boas etc. and it's all PINK! 
I have the best advisory EVER! 
Think Pink this month ladies!

Friends, hello!
I am sitting on my bed with roller skates on in the dark blogging through to you with my iPhone machine. 
baisicaly what I am trying to say is,hello bonjour, howdoyado? Hi. A bit if truth: I HATE being a weekend blogger :(

Blogging is that thing for me that no matter what I'm doing I can drop, go blog, be happy. I am just so busy with school and extracurricular activities, I really have no time to blog. Yet I feel like the time I spend waisting watching Gravity Falls and reruns of the Zoey 101 season finale, I should be blogging!! I will try to blog as much as I can more often... Until then... Here is a picture for you of my boyfriend Leonardo..... He's pretty fine I know ;)

I've decided to start a new segment on my blog:
"Words With Sunday"
Every Sunday I go out to brunch with my dad and always do something interesting,
and I don't know why I haven't blogged about it until now!
So here it goes!

Words With Sunday:

+ WHAT I ATE:
"toast"
In "The Village" shopping strip there is a great little restaurant called, toast
It had a really cool urban yet rustic atmosphere.

I ordered the Banana + Chocolate Chip Pancakes
so. good.
if you are like me, and only like sweet things... always, as of ever, then this would be good for you!



My father got Eggs Benedict with a grilled tomato, or as he says...a grilled toe-MAH-toe

yeah... it was good.


+ WHAT I WORE:

it was a forever 21 day!
Also I tried to do the whole Karlie Kloss slicked back hair that looked really good on her, but yeah...


+ WHAT I LISTENED TO:
Still addicted to Lorde, her new music and old.

And I can also ALWAYS listen to some good ol, Flo Flo and the Machine

+ WHAT I WORKED ON:

We just got our 9 week reports out and I realized that I really need to work harder in school. 
I am trying my best to focus and be engaged in my classes, I'll be honest I am taking some pretty hard courses, but I think that if I really try hard enough I can be able to bring my grades up and be satisfied. 

+ WHAT I DID:

This evening, my schools a cappella group, "Censations" sang at the senior dinner. 
It was fun, we all went on a Starbucks run and then sang a couple great songs!
