Wow, it sure has been a while since I last posted about brunch. Things have been suuuppperrrr busy, either Pops is out of town, or busy, or I have some event. Woe is me right? What is a weekend if brunch isn't involved?! *sigghhhh*

+WHERE WE ATE:
Howeeeevverrrr! This weekend we did go to brunch and it was GREAT! We went to a little, and I mean little, place down in Shockoe Bottom called The Luncheonette. It was SOOOO CUTE! A total 1950's diner-esque theme going on. Elvis and Marilyn Monroe staring at you at all angles..... ehh... But no really, this place was devilishly fun. I think I am going to make it my go-to spot. They're open until three am every night, and serve nothin' but shakes and breakfast. Ice cream and pancakes? Yes please!

Papa ordered an omelet, he said it was "okkkayyy" I don't believe him, it looked great. I did try his potatoes, those were really good.

I (surprise surprise) got a savory little thing. I couldn't decide between the coffee cake pancakes or Fame's French Toast. I asked our waitress what she thought I should get, but she couldn't choose either, so she suggested we combine them and make Fame's Coffee Cake French Toast! Made special just for me off the menu!! I felt pretty magical, like a celebrity or something, you know, I mean... they made that up on the spot... for meeeeee. Hahaha, I'm sure it wasn't that difficult, but still...

What can I say, I love em!

I love the vibe this look has, it's like a mash of 50s classic meets 90s punk meets 80s funk. My kinda grunge-y meets funkyspunkyquirky look. I dig it, thanks Ally for the awesome skirt.

Happy Sunday!

Oh wait... It's Thursday... I really am sorry y'all, my life has been so busy lately omg! I have tried to take outfit photos this week-- my outfits have been pretty on point ;) but it's rained everyday!! Rude. Anyway, here (finally) is a video for my Sunday.

If you didn't catch it from the video, we went to a spot called "C Street" and it was de.lish.ious! I had a deep dish pumpkin spice pancake so exotic!! SOOO good!

Good Morning! When we were in Pennsylvania, we got breakfast our last morning at the cutest most delicious little spot called Home 231. we both ordered two kinda of egg scrambles and they were trés bon!

And would you look at that... it's The Capitol! We had to stay in the Capitol, Harrisburg because all of the hotels anywhere even near Happy Valley were booked!! It was Homecoming weekend, so it was pretty packed. But ohh SOO fun!!

Happy Sunday! Yes, It is true, I am still alive... although the rumors of my disappearance in the blogosphere were spreading rapidly, they were all lies. I am still here friends. It has been what, two weeks since my last blogpost? Oh me oh my, my apologies, sincerely.

Any who, today Pops and I went to a new (for us at least) spot in Cary Town called Water Coastal Kitchen. I thought it was pretty good! I got classic blueberry pancakes, although I do wish there were more blues in there, they were still pretty good. Papa got the fried green tomato eggs benedict. He said it was alright, but he and I agreed to go back because although not spectacular, we enjoyed it, and will probably return for dinner.

Cheers! It's Sunday!

Although my weekend has been nothing but busy... work, work, work is all I do anymore! The weather has been absolutely beautiful and I really cannot complain. Life is spectacular these days and I'm feeling gooood!

This morning we went to "Xtras Café" It was alright, I thought it was okay, but my dad said he was disappointed. Bummer right? Hey you have to try them all out so you know which ones to go back to.

Oh and yeah, I'm wearing a wig... my hair was dirty and I didn't have time to shower... It was just one of those days I guess, I was feeling pretty bold haha
