Good morning everyone!

I know I'm a day late, but I thought I would just jump on here and say thank you! I know I talk a lot about how busy I am, how tired I am, how frustrating all the algorithms are and how I'm not where I want to be as a blogger, but to be honest, I am so grateful.

Putting all of the negatives behind me, I am so grateful for the community that blogging has brought to me, the opportunities, and the skills I have learned from this world online.

I'm so thankful that my friend Ally showed me the world of blogging almost seven years ago, seriously, I owe her that much and more.

And to you guys! Everyone who gets on here and reads, thank you! I know people are turning more to YouTube or Instagram only, but this is my chosen platform and I appreciate those of you who have stuck around to honor that. I'm your biggest fan!

Anyway, I love you all so much, of course my list of gratitude spans further than blogging, but for now, for this space, I am so grateful for YOU. Thank you <3

Sorry it took SO long for me to post this! My iMovie has been crazy ever since I updated my computer, I can only go on for five minutes before it self destructs, or it doesn't open at all.... If you have a Mac, I advise against updating to Yosemite... But to each is own.

These rich little guys were what I served for dessert along with Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving.

I thought I'd share the recipe... Making them yesterday, actually was my first time and they were pretty successful. Yours can be too!!

I found this recipe on A Beautiful Mess sometime last week and knew I wanted to make them sometime in the future...

Here's what you'll need:

a square (8x8) pan

3/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 1/2 cups powdered (confectioners) sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
1/2 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
1 cup chopped peanut butter cups

First, start by mixing up the first five ingredients on the list, then spread them into your buttered (or sprayed) pan.

next: Microwave the chocolate chips with the oil for 30 seconds.

Take it out and stir..

Microwave for another 30 seconds

mix until liquidy

(microwave for more time is necessary)

Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter mix. Be sure to get all edges!!

Chop up the peanut butter cups as you please and place them on top of all of it.

Put in the freezer for an hour and a half minimum, or until solid. Overnight is fine as well...

Sleeping in, today we spent the day on Pearl street doing some shopping and perusing.

Then ended the day with a beautiful hike!!

Which of course....

Ended up in a photo shoot... so typical haha

Oh... and we all bought matching headbands too hehe

hahaha I just love this photo... post grocery shopping for our very vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner :)

so without further ado...

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

We spent all day in the kitchen creating master pieces.

This Thanksgiving for the first time ever, we traveled to Boulder, Colorado to visit my sister. I have to say, it has probably been the best Thanksgiving yet. Not only was the food great (heh heh probs cause I cooked a lot of it wink wink) but I am surrounded by the people I love most, and in the absolute most beautiful place on earth. I am so lucky to be able to experience the joy of traveling and having an amazing family that I love, and loves me so so dearly.

Tomorrow, we are going to go down to Pearl Street and shop around a bit. I can't wait, Emma said that there are a bunch of stores that she's been dying to show me.

I love Boulder!!
