It Looks Like Fall But Feels Like Winter

 The leaves are changing and everything looks beautiful from my bedroom window as I type this... but take one step out side and your eyelashes will freeze off it's so cold. What's up Richmond? Can't you wait until Christmas and give me a white Christmas then? Thanks.
