Last night I made some vegan brownies,
They were really good. 
Making them was not hard at all
The only thing that I was skeptical about was using egg replacer, only because I had never used it before and I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out.
Luckily it was fine and not what I expected at all, it's a white powder that you just add water too and EGGS! Well, not really. But you know what I mean
or do you..... ?

Although they weren't really brownies, they turned out to be more like fudge, but hello, fudge! Still delicious!

And just to add some fun, sprinkles!
